Terms of service
Last updated October 2, 2026
The short version: agents pay for the service and own their listing data, sellers use it for free through their agent, and nobody should use it to mislead anyone.
The service
Seller App, operated by RETG ("we"), gives real estate agents a branded app for keeping their sellers informed, plus a hub for running it. By creating an account or opening a seller link you agree to these terms.
Accounts
- Agents must be licensed to trade in real estate where they work and must give accurate information about themselves and their listings.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in private.
- Sellers access the app through a link and home code from their agent. Keep the code private; anyone with it can see the home's progress.
Plans and payment
- Set-up is free: design your app, build a sample listing and test it on your phone at no charge.
- A paid plan starts when you add a seller's home. Prices are shown in the hub before you subscribe and are billed monthly in Canadian dollars through Stripe.
- You can cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the period already paid. Founding-member pricing stays for as long as the subscription is kept active.
Connected services
You may connect services such as Gmail, a CRM or listing portals. You confirm you are allowed to connect them. We read from them to create draft updates; we never send, change or delete anything in those services. You can disconnect any of them at any time.
Your content
Listing information, photos, brand assets and updates belong to you or your sellers. You give us permission to store and display them to run the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload and for the accuracy of what you send to sellers.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service to mislead sellers or buyers, or in breach of real estate rules that apply to you.
- Do not try to access another agent's or seller's data, or interfere with the service.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is, without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features over time and will tell you about changes that matter.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the service
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. On closure we delete your data as described in our privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
